Special Housing: HOPE has received financial assistance from the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and mortgage assistance from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati Affordable Housing Program ( FHLB) to build several special homes in Scott County, Tennessee. HOPE can help with: Section 8 Rental Assistance Guidance, Special Programs for Homeownership Guidance, and Assistance for persons who are homeless.
